Dr Ashish Mishra is a renowned Liver Transplant and Hepatobiliary surgeon who is credited with the first Liver Transplant in the private sector in Uttar Pradesh. He has worked in some of the most renowned centers around the world including University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, USA where he obtained his post-doctoral fellowship in Liver, Kidney and Pancreas Transplant & hepatobiliary Surgery. (Americal Society of Transplant Surgeons ASTS Fellowship). He was formerly clinical tutor at University of Pennsylvania which is an ivy league university and participated in training multiple trainees from the USA and around the world during his stay in the USA. He has also worked in prestigious institutions like Sir Gangaram Hospital New Delhi, AIG Hospitals Hyderabad, Global Hospitals Hyderabad and Apollo Lucknow in senior and leading positions.

Besides Liver Transplant, his expertise includes all forms of advanced Liver Surgeries, Gallbladder Surgeries and Pancreatic surgeries for both stone and cancer. He has expertise in laparoscopic and latest Da vinci robotic techniques, providing all varieties of surgical options.
